# Refunds and Returns

We do not typically require physical returns. In certain cases, we may request photos or that the product be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [care@lucillehealth.com](mailto:care@lucillehealth.com) within 30 days of delivery to initiate a refund or replacement. We’ll review your request and, where appropriate, provide a refund or replacement. If necessary, we may provide a return label for a return shipment.

Approved refunds and replacements are typically processed within 5 business days.

We reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests in cases of misuse, abuse, or excessive claims.
